About

Helping the Las Vegas Valley see what its financial lives depend on.

Las Vegas Liability Check is an educational initiative built to help residents understand the financial dependencies supporting their lives and identify areas worth reviewing.

Our mission

An educational initiative for financial resilience in the Las Vegas Valley.

Las Vegas Liability Check exists to help Las Vegas-area residents understand the financial dependencies that support their lives — and to identify areas worth reviewing before those dependencies are tested.

We believe financial strength is widely reduced to a single question: “how much do you have?” That question matters, but it leaves out the relationships between resources and responsibilities that determine whether a household can keep meeting its obligations when something changes. LVLC is built to make those relationships visible, in plain language, for the people who live and work across the Valley.

The platform is education-first and professional in tone. It does not sell insurance, investments or any other product. It does not provide individualized financial, legal, tax, investment, healthcare or insurance advice. It offers a structured way to think about your own financial structure — and to decide, on your own terms, whether any part of it deserves a closer look.

A quiet Las Vegas suburban neighborhood at blue hour, with desert landscaping and a distant mountain silhouette.

LVLC is shaped around the real neighborhoods, working lives and households of the Las Vegas Valley — not a national template.

What LVLC is — and is not

Education-first. Professional. Not advisory.

What LVLC is

  • General educational information about financial resilience.
  • A structured way to notice dependencies in your financial life.
  • A starting point for your own thinking and review.
  • Built around the realities of living and working in the Las Vegas Valley.

What LVLC is not

  • Individualized financial, legal, tax or investment advice.
  • Individualized healthcare or insurance advice.
  • A product recommendation engine or sales funnel.
  • A guarantee of any financial outcome.

Three minutes can reveal questions worth asking.

The Las Vegas Liability Check is a free, private, educational walkthrough. It does not recommend products or promise outcomes — it helps you see where your financial life may be more connected than you realized.
